Throughout my years of employment, I have gone from retail to sales to insolvency, eventually developing a passion for personal insolvency and the variety of skills available to learn.

I began my journey in personal insolvency as a Customer Service Advisor back in 2015 where I utilised my abilities and qualifications in customer service, later obtaining a diploma in the same field. This led me to new opportunities and, after a short stint assisting the Cashiering department, I was offered a position as the Assistant Cashier before earning my title as Insolvency Cashier Manager for one of the largest insolvency firms in the UK.

It was in this very department I was able to learn a completely new and exciting dynamic within insolvency/accounts, honing my skills to be able to complete reconciliations of accounts; process creditor dividends; create professional reports; and utilise systems such as Vision Blue and IPS.
